We're FEEDing you Wagyu
At FEED Co. Table & Tavern, we are constantly striving to heighten our guest experience. Whether its making renovations to the dining room, installing a new sound system in the bar area or working with our culinary team to create new menu favorites, we want our guests to enjoy a memorable meal each time they walk through our doors.
We recently took a trip down Interstate-59 with Chattanooga Magazine to Mountain Breeze Farm in Dutton, Alabama to meet with farmer Eddie Traylor about our latest project. Along with our sister restaurants 1885 Grill and Tremont Tavern, we will be the first restaurants in the Scenic City to add 100 percent, grass fed Wagyu beef as a menu staple.
“Wagyu is an amazing piece of meat,” FEED co-owner, Morales says. “And Chattanooga is ready for it.”
Though the restaurant is introducing the new meat to all restaurants by early February, each menu will still feature options. “It’s better for us to offer different things, different qualities of beef. That sticks to our menu philosophy of offering different things for everybody.”
Learn more about our new partnership with Mountain Breeze Farm and what new items will be coming to our menu in this month’s issue of Chattanooga Magazine.
