Join Us at the 2016 Cast Iron Cookoff

We need your support as we compete again in the Chattanooga Market’s Cast Iron Cookoff. Join us on Sunday, September 18th from 11am- 4pm at First Tennessee Pavilion to cheer Chef Charlie on to culinary victory. Arriving with only his cast iron cookware and serving dishes, Chef Charlie will pair his mystery ingredients with fresh breads, produce and other goods from the market to create a delicious, culinary masterpiece.

The chef’s dishes will be judged by a tasting panel based on appearance, taste, creativity and overall impression. Not only will the champion win bragging rights, but they will also secure a “golden ticket” to the 2016 World Food Championships in Orange Beach, Alabama in November.
